Job Description
ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services and CreeQuest are looking to hire experienced Site Water Worker lodge near Timmins, Northern Ontario. Comprehensive benefit packages are offered. The Site Water Worker cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Responsible for the water preparation and delivery duties. Drivers License is required. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Ensuring guests/clients at site recieve superior customer service.
Transportation is provided out of Timmins or Cochrane, Ontario - travel allowance is available for some areas that are further away. Successful candidates must be able to pass a Criminal record check and a Drug and Alcohol test.
Job Responsibilities
- Accountable and responsible for maintaining a culture focused on having Safety as a value
- Meet daily with the Lead Janitor to discuss daily work assignments
- Delivers bottled water throughout the site as per location schedule
- Bottles water as per set process and sanitization plan and volume schedule
- Ensures proper water testing occurs and is recorded
- Communicates all testing anomalies to the ARWS Facilities Manager and Safety, and DCS Water Plant Manager
- Thoroughly clean, sanitize and maintain all areas of water facilities; ensure proper and timely housekeeping of the area
- Keep inventory of water bottling supplies and advise Lead Janitor and Little Hopper Lodge (LHL) Front Desk of supplies needed
- Report daily water volumes to LHL Front Desk
- Maintain an inventory of the water bottles and report any broken, damaged, misused or unusable bottles to ARWS Facilities Manager and LHL Front Desk
- Ensure all chemicals and cleaners are safely stored in proper storage containers and areas by complying with WHMIS and HSE guidelines
- Maintain the site locations water storage areas for cleanliness and FIFO
- Keep entrance and all other areas clean, clear of snow, and hazards
- Complete vehicle Circle Check daily and report service or maintenance requirements to ARWS Facilities Manager
- Shall attend all safety meetings and participate in Client and/or Aramark Emergency Response Procedures
Qualifications
- Previous custodial experience preferred
- Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks and exposure to hazardous chemicals
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
