This Job offer is for experienced pizza chef / pizzaiolo / pizzaiola (male or femle)
We have x2 positions available in business bay pizzeria.
Ideal candidate is Experienced Pizza Chef (minimum 3 years of proven experience with traditional neapolitan style pizza, wood fired oven, gas oven)
*WE DON'T ACCEPT EXPERIENCE FROM PIZZA HUT, DOMINOS, BROCCOLI, PEPPE JONES - don't apply with such experience
Technical dough preperation knowledge
High hydration dough skills 75% +
Knowledge about various pizza styles and fermentation methods and working with traditional pizza oven
Available to join immediately
Must be located in UAE and available for Trial in person.
HACCP knowlegde/training
