Project: Infrastructure Operations, system, and operations support a 24x7x365. For this position, we are looking for a specialist for the first shift (Wed-Sat (7:45 am - 6 pm)).
Monitoring, Tier 1 diagnostics, and escalation of operational issues, including initial triage and information gathering for support resources and establishment of communications
network hardware, wired and WiFi support, tools, and techniques to identify solutions to technology-related issues
