Who We Are Looking For:
Person who will support the operation of the property with the main duties being:
- Cleaning & Maintaining Rooms/General Area/All of the Property
- Acknowledge our members in a friendly manner and follow up with the team on any housekeeping requests they would have.
Responsibilities include :
- Complete tasks in accordance with the cleaning specifications & schedule, so as to ensure the property is pristine and safe in all areas. Tasks may include mopping, sweeping, cleaning restrooms, making of beds & linen, cleaning of rooms, dusting, window cleaning, polishing, removal of waste, etc.
- Performing basic maintenance & gardening work
- Night shifts and heavy lifting may be required
- Assist other departments when needed
- Reporting to supervisor all work that been completed and ongoing
- To carry out any other reasonable duties within the overall function of the job.
- Provide inputs or suggestions for the care system and cleaning improvements.
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational ability.
- Passion to learn and grow.
- Able to work with the team and also work individually.
Job Requirements:
- Can be from any background (hospitality background is a plus)
- 1+ years experience in related fields.
- Basic English is a must.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Applicants for this position must be an Indonesian nationality and currently living in Bali.
