Your mission
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Hamburg or Berlin, you will look after several key customers from the industry. The "big ones" in the industry such as Strato and Telekom are already successfully using our online shops. Now we want to further expand our leading position in the market and need your support.
You will be the first point of contact for the customer and develop various solution concepts to achieve the optimal goal with ePages.
Together with our partners, you will develop successful sales campaigns.
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on marketing, media/communication science, e-commerce or comparable training
- 2-3 years of professional experience in a digital agency, an internet or IT service company
- You are familiar with current internet trends and technologies and know how to make your customers successful
- Strong knowledge of the e-commerce market
- You are able to explain a complex product to your customers and are not afraid to learn something new yourself.
- You work analytically and in a structured way, but can also be creative on the spur of the moment
- You are committed to your customers and are a doer and driver of the topic
- You have a strong customer orientation based on lived sales experience
- You have excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English
- Team player with a self-reliant way of working
