About Our Client

Our client was established in the late 1990's within the Financial Services space and has grown consecutively over the last 20 years in operation. They are now formed of a number of brands and has over 2000 employees across the UK and Ireland.

Job Description

The key repsonsibitilities will include, but may not be limited to;

  • Plan all content across multiple brands and channels whilst being true to each brand tone of voice
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on the performance of our content and strategy, utilising Media Monitoring and Social Listening platforms
  • Working closely with external agencies to implement digital campaigns
  • Supporting the Brand and PR Manager to deliver the social media content requirements across the brand portfolio
  • Monthly and weekly reporting for our all social channels
  • Leading the development and continual testing and learning approach of our social channels . Being innovative and coming up with creative ways to enhance campaign performance while using new features and tech
  • Alignment of social to achieve commercial business targets to enable us to further scale social activity
  • Attendance at the shows on requirement for content creation
  • Supporting White label partnerships with marketing collateral / other requirements
  • Assist in any ad hoc marketing requirements
  • Act as a team player and be prepared to be flexible in order to ensure the needs of the team and department are delivered
  • Demonstrate behaviours and maintain standards that are expected of everyone within the marketing department
  • To communicate effectively with senior stakeholders in spoken and written form
  • To maintain continual knowledge of web and social media analytics
  • To maintain an interest in competitor analysis to keep abreast of industry and market developments to inform marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrate continuous personal development to ensure behavioural and technical skills / knowledge are up to date
  • Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this role.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must possess the following skill set in order to be considered;

  • Ability to listen, take ownership and resolve
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload activities
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Proficient using Media Monitoring and Social Listening platforms and Adobe software or similar
  • Experience in paid advertising
  • Good oral, communication, written and numerical skills
  • An eye for detail, especially where small print is concerned
  • Ability to liaise with all levels both externally and internally
  • Understanding of FS regulations and compliance requirements
  • An understanding of social media channels and their impact on customer engagement
