PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Driving a heavy vehicle.
• Transporting goods over a medium or long distance (products,...)
• Performing work related to transport (lashing of loads,

signing documents, checking goods,...)

• Ancillary activities may include loading, unloading and carrying out basic maintenance of the vehicle

Checking the condition of the vehicle and equipment:

• Following up signals from control meters and lights.
• Checking that trailers are fixed
• Applying transport signals to the vehicle

Reporting problems with on-board and transport documents to those responsible.

Driving licence C or CE, attending vocational training courses
