YOUR ROLE
按照Henkel SHEQ管理体系相关管理要求，关键操作流程的制定和培训，新产品的跟踪和优化，重点项目的跟踪和管理，侧重车间质量的提升和优化，车间培训考核工作的组织和协调，协助生产主管完成车间主要KPI。-
- 工作职能
- 制定操作标准，优化操作流程，监督员工执行情况。
- 新员工培训及内部培训计划制定，技能评估并考核。
- 参与客户投诉及off-spec的分析，并采取纠正预防措施；持续提升车间质量水平。
- 参与新产品试产跟线，评估操作及工艺可行性及风险评估。
- 参与日常生产计划安排和人员调配；工单差异分析并提供改进措施。
- 车间项目，KPI完成情况跟踪，协助生产主管日常管理工作。
- 其他主管安排的任务。
YOUR SKILLS
- 本科及以上学历，化工/化学/材料/医药等相关专业
- 一年以上的工作经验，要与工厂运营相关，但不限制生产/工艺/研发等职能
- 行业经历：化工/石油/医药等相关行业皆可
- 英文口语能做简单交流
