Ko te tūranga mahi | About the role
The Trustee position is an end-to-end relationship management role for a portfolio of clients. This is a key role in ensuring the effective running of the Customer Centre by being a positive contributor, in addition to providing a great customer experience. This role can be based in Nelson or Blenheim.
You will be the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of 'less complex' end-to-end trustee customer relationships, offering a consistent and outstanding level of customer service. You will provide support to the Principal and Senior Trustees, while contributing to the team culture by modelling our values and working towards our strategic aspirations.
Ko wai koe | About you
If you are empathetic, can build relationships with a wide range of people, and have experience within the financial services or estate planning industries, then you could be the perfect fit for our well-established team of Trustees. We're looking for applicants with the following skills and attributes:
- Exposure to estate administration, preferably with exposure to relationship management and administration of client contracts (eg. trusts, agency clients)
- Demonstrated ability to build a rapport, listen, and show empathy with customers and colleagues
- Experience working with customers who are emotionally challenging or confrontational
- Have received consistently high or improving customer feedback
- Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, problem solve, show initiative and collaborate with colleagues
- Proactively manage your own professional development.
