You will use your professional skills and experience to make it happen, handling complex tax issues across a broad range of industries and responsibilities.


We are currently seeking for senior payroll professionals to support our tax team and help our clients in payroll outsourcing projects at different industry sectors. Actively establish internal and external relationships. Anticipate and identify risks within engagements and raise any issues. You will also keep informed of professional standards and firm policies and procedures and effectively apply this knowledge to different client situations.


Your key responsibilities


  • Data input & processing in payroll software; data export and testing for accuracy, completeness and reasonability compared to data input
  • Administration of payroll process and preparation of monthly payroll reports
  • Responsible for monthly social security and payroll withholding tax obligations as well as submissions of analytical periodical declarations and payroll withholding tax returns
  • Calculation of compensation package for resigned/dismissed employees
  • Handling of public authorities’ tasks (Ergani platform, Sepenet, etc.)
  • Communication with social security, labor as well as tax authorities.

What we look for


Required


  • 3-5 years of experience in process of payroll calculations
  • Excellent academic background, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Statistics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user, experience and knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.


Desirable


  • Experience as user of SCAN HRMS
  • Experience in a Big four professional services firm
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources Management and/or another relevant course
