Chameleon AMLS is looking for an Operations Coordinator who will understand the importance of building relationships, challenging conventions, being innovative and providing flexibility. They will have a desire for continuous improvement and efficiency, be highly organised in coordinating multiple functions, and provide attentive customer / supplier communications.

In your new role you will:
- Coordinate and arrange logistics for production by managing the production dashboard, scheduling, warranty claims and inventory management processes
- Coordinate purchasing and procurement by managing orders, accounts, and ensuring key communication between suppliers, customers, and our team
- Building and manage customer relationships. Manage the process from production to customer handover, scheduling key dates, managing sale orders and overseeing product delivery
- Drive production efficiencies and processes
- Manufacturing experience preferred (enthusiasts with a love for our product highly regarded)
- Demonstrated experience managing production or projects
- Good computer skills, including experience using Excel and a CRM (experience with HubSpot highly regarded)
- Ability to work well and efficiently within a strong team environment but also work autonomously.
