RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a point of contact between the clients and their external/internal partners
  • Maximize the client’s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information, initiating phone calls on their behalf
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Set up appointment schedules and calendar potential leads with client
  • Handle requests and inquiries appropriately
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Documentation and reports generation
  • Other admin responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a role related to virtual assistant, lead generation, appointment setting and/or inside sales.
  • Previous Virtual Assistant, Property Management, (US) Real Estate experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work as needed.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Knowledge of online tools such as Google Suite applications
  • Strong drive to be trained and learn new skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and strong writing skills.
  • Highly organized, patient and is able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and under the pressure of deadlines.
  • Committed to work a full-time job
  • Basic to advanced computer skills and internet proficiency.
  • Willingness to work during overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
  • Willingness to be an independent contractor.
  • Possesses a computer with the following minimum technical specifications:

PROCESSOR: Intel i3, i5, or i7 5th Gen / AMD Ryzen 3 / Apple M1 and higher

RAM: 8 GB or higher

OS: Windows 10 / Windows 11 / MacOS Catalina or newer

INTERNET: at least 15Mbps wired connection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15,000.00 per month
