* WITH EXPERIENCE FROM FOOD MANUFACTURING COMPANY
* ABLE TO MONITOR PROCESSES , MATERIALS, PREPARE DATA , TIME AND YIELDS STUDIES
*EXPERIENCE IN SCALING FOR GROWTH - FOCUS ON CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
*EXCELLENT PEOPLE MANAGEMENT , COACHING,TRAINING,AND LEADERSHIP SKILLS
*STRONG WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATOR THAT INSURES SOP's ARE FOLLOWED
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
*DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN INSPECTION POINTS FOR PRODUCT THROUGHOUT PRODUCTION CYCLE
*RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY WHILE MAINTAINING A WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF ALL CURRENT AND IMPENDING REGULATORY AND CUSTOMER FOOD SAFETY QUALITY AND REQUIREMENTS
*DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PRODUCTS SPECIFICATIONS
*SUPERVISES PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES AND USE OF RESOURCES TO SAFELY AND EFFICIENTLY ACHIEVE DAILY PRODUCTION DEMANDS.
* OVERSEE ALL OPERATIONS IN THE ADMINISTRATION, KITCHEN , PASTRY AND BAKER TEAM
*ACCURATE FORECASTING , INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND COST CONTROL TO ENSURE PROFITABILITY
*MONITOR ORDERS AND OVERSEE TIMELY DELIVERY, QUALITY ASSURANCE FROM RAW MATERIALS TO FINISHED GOODS
*SUPERVISES THE PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION STAFF INCLUDING COUNSELING, MONITORING AND APPRAISING PERFORMANCE TO ENSURE A HIGH PERFORMING TEAM
*OVERSEES THE TIMELY COMPLETION OF PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS WHILE ENSURING ADHERENCE TO QUALITY AND FOOD SAFETY STANDARDS, ENSURES MATERIAL WASTAGE AND VARIANCES ARE AT ACCEPTABLE LEVELS
*REVIEW AND ENSURE THE ADEQUACY AND ACCURACY OF PRODUCTION RECORDS TO ESTABLISH TRACEABILITY FOR EACH PRODUCT
*IMPLEMENT ESTABLISHED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
*REPORTS FOOD SAFETY INCIDENCES AND CONCERNS FOR PROMPT ACTIONS AND SOLUTIONS
