We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our upcoming real estate project launch in Karachi and UAE. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully launching and selling real estate projects in UAE & KHI and a deep understanding of the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote our upcoming real estate project launch in khi & UAE.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify key trends and target audience segments.
- Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, investors, brokers, and buyers.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
- Manage the project's sales team and lead generation strategies to ensure that sales goals are met.
- Develop and manage the project's budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of sales and marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales and marketing performance and ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing in UAE & KHI.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Experience managing budgets and working with external agencies.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams.
