Responsibilities

1. Solve customer product technical problems, assist the front-end team to solve customer problems efficiently, and improve the product technology operation system 2. Lead the team's accident operation, identify the rapid rise of urgent and severe problems, coordinate and promote stop loss, follow up review and follow-up optimization measures Sensitivity to quality perception, to undertake customer re-insurance needs 4. Responsible for the precipitation of technical operation knowledge, assist in the development of service tools, undertake empowerment training for customer service teams, and improve the overall efficiency of technical services 5. Empower front-end business and support students to improve understanding of products and solutions.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, more than 5 years of work experience, project management experience, cloud computing and technical support background experience is preferred 2. Understand the product architecture and principles of public cloud, audio and video, network and other related cloud products, systems, platforms, applications and other modules, development and programming background is preferred 3. Strong business understanding and problem analysis, cross-team communication skills, able to deal with complex technical and collaboration issues 4. Have strong communication and coordination skills and document writing skills, and have a good sense of teamwork and cooperation.
