What you will do:
- Maintain and provide an exceptional day-to-day office operations support for Taipei offices
- Maintain office efficiency by implementing office systems, space & safety, and equipment procurement
- Accommodate business travel bookings for employees
- Review and approve employees’ expense claims based on expense policy and guidelines
- Proactively work with local onboarding/ offboarding team to ensure smooth employees onboarding/ offboarding process
- Work closely with HR and Global OX team to implement the engagement projects
- Implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures, monitor and make necessary recommendations to improve efficiency
- Organize employee engagement initiatives to maintain employee morale
- Provide insights and ideas into how the office operations and engagement activities can be streamlined/ improved
- Compile reports and analysis on office operations and employee engagement initiatives
- Work closely with Finance team on payment preparation, inventory control and budgeting
- Participate in other People & Culture initiatives and office operations duties when necessary
- Ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by Manager
- Minimum one years’ working experience in office administration or employee engagement
- Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
- Proficient in English
- Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with both internal and external parties - Engages stakeholders early and ensures all impacted stakeholders are identified, involved and updated early, regularly and appropriately.
- Is effective at facilitating problem solving and is able to resourcefully find ways of achieving results
- A constructive thinker - be able to clarify and articulate the purpose behind their tasks and initiatives, look beyond day to day tasks to plan and recommend improvement.
- Highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that's not afraid to work independently when required
