Our client, a leading public sector service organisation are currently looking to recruit for an experience Content Executive to join a fast past project within their central marketing team.
Based in Dublin 2, you will be required to be onsite 2 days per week, remote working is available 3 days per week.
Candidates must be available to start work within 4 weeks and must be eligible to work in Ireland.
Joining the Central Marketing Team, the successful candidate will act as content champion for the new B2B Website, liaising between markets, central trade team, central media team, IT and suppliers to ensure on-time and aligned content delivery.
This role will require strong CMS familiarity, good project management skills and technical capability to ensure project delivery
Day to day duties include –
Acts as key point of content coordination for new corporate website.Leads on content migration to new site and acts as CMS champion.
Proofreads, and formats text as needed, verifying the correct display of content, and routing content for internal approvals. Checks markup and formatting of content. Troubleshoots minor issues with internal customers, IT and suppliers.
Assists with the creation and the regular updates of a website style guide.
Develops processes across key teams that ensures regular content updating.
Works directly with market teams across all our markets internationally along with central trade, publicity and IT teams to proactively pursue and ensure content is current and relevant across the website.
Communicates production timelines, deliverables, and updates to appropriate colleagues.
Requirements
2 – 4 years’ plus experience in digital marketing with experience working with CMS systems and managing a range of corporate content.Fluency in English and strong storytelling and communications skills are essential.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is necessary for troubleshooting minor issues with content, understanding how the CMS operates, and collaborating effectively with IT teams.
Excellent project management to ensure smooth content migration and timely updates. This involves setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating with different teams.
Have a keen eye for detail to ensure that content is accurately formatted, displayed correctly, and free from errors.
Creating and maintaining a website style guide helps ensure consistency in tone, style, and branding across the website. The content manager should be capable of developing and updating this guide.
Be adaptable and able to solve problems quickly is necessary when dealing with evolving content management challenges.
