About the position
As a student assistant at the Department of Business Development and Technology in Herning, you will be part of the daily work of the project office and the activities of the CyPro project. You will also be given specific tasks that include developing materials for workshops and online webinars.Most of the tasks can be delivered in your own time. The deadline for some materials, however, will depend on specific meeting schedules.
Your work tasks will include:
- Supporting content development for the project platform ‘digital Business development'.
- Editing image material and graphic design of models and tools.
- Coordinating with the translator and uploading content to the project learning platform.
- Supporting data collection and project management on projects.
- Performing ad hoc tasks.
Professional and personal qualifications
We are looking for a student assistant who is:- interested in digital and visual communication (InDesign)
- experienced in content management systems (CMS)
- proficient in English, especially in writing; ideally also Danish-speaking
- attentive to detail and enjoys ‘nerding out’ to make sure that everything is next level
- responsible and follows through on tasks.

Requirements and terms
You are employed as an hourly paid student assistant with salary and other terms of employment in accordance with the organisational agreement between the Ministry of Finance and HK Stat. The position is expected to include an average of 12 working hours per week, and workloads may vary in periods.
