One of the world's leading technology companies is looking for an PO Management & Compliance Support that will join their team who's mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.
Duration: ASAP - June 30th, 2024, with a possibility of extension.
Location: Stockholm, Regeringsgatan.
This is a fixed term consultant assignment.
About the role
In the role as PO Management & Compliance Support you will initially be supporting purchase order (PO) owners and internal stakeholders by using internal support functions with compliance as a top of the agenda. You will get the chance to work in a wide communication network and make use of both your communicative and administrative skills.
What you'll do
- Follow up on Purchase Order (PO) operational processes with internal stakeholders
- Set up and do trainings internally both for new and existing employees
- Support local PO process. Guide and be supportive to PO owner to have a swift and compliance process
- Follow up on and analyse existing PO and Suppliers
- Make sure compliance is top on the agenda
- Work together with local Business Program Manager to ensure spending is done in a timely and compliant way
Who you are
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to prioritize
- Prior knowledge in using PO tools
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish
- Prior experience working in a fast paced dynamic and international environment
