Job Description
- Support and development for technical standards implementation,
- Systemic check of the standardized routines,
- Pressure vessels technical responsible,
- Perform regularly Systematic Analysis and FTA for critical equipment,
- Analyze MTTR and MTBF and propose actions,
- Technical support of the activities of optimization and control of the spare parts stock,
- Spare parts management: nationalization of spare parts,
- Establish and revise Maintenance Plans in order to guarantee equipment reliability,
- Establish and follow up goals, KPIs and benchmarking, contributing to the improvement strategies,

- Establish and follow up maintenance budget,
- Establish actions and lead them in order to reach maintenance budget,
- Support maintenance team in planned stoppages,
- Support technically the application of integrated practices concerning Yield, Quality, Productivity and HSE (Health Safety Environment),
- Disseminate best maintenance practices,
- Recommend, where appropriate, the frequency adjustment / modification of standards for all equipment maintenance activities,
- Training all the team about the BRF Guide (Maintenance),
- Assist in the preparation and to apply of technical training,
Job Description
- Establish technical parameters for the preparation of maintenance plans, content standards of maintenance (lubrication, inspection route, preventive maintenance and general),
- Implement maintenance routines in Bandirma, Elazig and Izmir,
- Comply with HSE norms, instructions and safe working procedures,
- Comply with reasonable HSE instructions and safe working procedures,
- Use of appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems,
- Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures,
- Not willfully or recklessly endanger anyone's health and safety,
- Assist with the preparation of risk assessments,
- Report HSE hazards, incidents & issues.
Desirable requirements
- Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related areas.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field Maintenance.
- Advanced level in English both written and verbal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Excellent command of concepts and application of Efficiency and maintenance practices (preventive, predictive, corrective) .
- Good understanding & application of problem solving tools (PDCA, Cause & Effect Diagram).
- Strong knowledge on maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Good knowledge of PLC & HMI Programming and Upload/Download Backup (Mitsubishi and Siemens) to solve machine failures Management and Leadership skills.
- Necessary experience in SAP/PM.
