About the Team
The PMO team will be focus on developing the Product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution to drive growth and improve the end customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical execution and work with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver on that vision, e.g. engineering, product management, etc
• Contribute to goal setting for regional teams to align with organizational goals and identify the appropriate input metrics that drive growth and improve the end customer experience, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and track experience metrics to record the success and quality of service partners. Use these metrics to find the uncover hidden areas of improvement opportunity.
• Facilitate regular meetings with relevant teams to align on business focus and monitor progress on Key Performance Indicators.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems Management or relevant fields.
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Excel and SQL proficiently
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
• PMP certificate is preferred
