Ciklum is looking for a Employer Branding Consultant to join our team full-time in Czech Republic.

About the role:
As an Employer Branding Consultant, become a part of a cross-functional development team. You will play a key role in bringing modern marketing strategies to the recruitment process, providing Ciklum Western Europe with a competitive edge in finding and attracting quality candidates through various marketing channels. The role will focus on brand awareness and candidate lead generation.
Responsibilities
- In close cooperation with the HR/People department develop ideas and concepts of hiring campaigns for Ciklum Western Europe, and coordinate their implementation
- Generate and implement ideas for increasing brand awareness, including both Ciklum Western Europe own events (Meetups, Workshops, etc.) and online and offline events such as job fairs, conferences’ sponsorships, etc
- Empower recruiting goals with an increase of candidates’ pipeline through marketing activities
- Actively manage key channels (including social media and digital advertising), and regularly monitor results to make relevant changes based on performance and feedback
- Improve the company’s presence at job portals, thematic forums, etc
- Promote referral programs to deliver expected results
- Use data to rigorously assess channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals
- Create engaging content and communicate our company culture – copywriting
- Define candidate personas, and research target demographics to build campaigns that resonate with key audiences
- Participate actively in HR-related events, job fairs, meetups, etc. in person in order to interact with candidates and create photos or videos there
Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in marketing, economics, or a related field
- 1,5+ years of experience in employer brand marketing
- Strong data and analytical skills, specifically with respect to campaign performance
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and writing skills
- Strong English written communication skills as English is our primary company language. Czech / Slovak is required
