About the Role
You will be joining our Customer Experience Team, based in Amsterdam. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering outstanding support and service experiences.
You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, and going the extra mile to exceed their expectations. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to effectively resolve issues to ensure a positive customer journey. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will report to our Customer Experience Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Own the Backlog check to make sure that lines are dropping as expected and drop orders that make sense
- Send various reports to the Team/identifying sales opportunity
- Support Customer Experience Manager and Operations Team on projects related to Customer satisfaction/Operations Excellence
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and improve customer satisfaction (e.g., improve the current website, identify sales opportunities)
- Improve accuracy of data related to customers and maintain the customer database
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree on a relevant field
- Proven 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or customer support role.
- Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, ticket systems and other relevant tools.
- Familiarity with industry-standard customer service metrics and KPIs.
