One year experience as an HR or admin assistant in UAE is a must. English speaking is a must and Arabic speaker would be a +
-Maintain and update company and employee files both manually and on system daily in an organized manner, informing the HR manager and reminding for renewals.
-Manage the meetings, appointments and bookings as well reminders and tasks to be completed on a daily basis.
-Make sure all employee documents are collected and filed appropriately in proper order.
-Contact clients on a daily basis and update the HR manager.
-Prepare minutes of meeting , meeting progress reports, letters, memorandums, finalize it before submitting to the HR manager.
-Handle recruitment shortlisting and provide the final list to the HR Manager.
-Follow any other tasks and/or responsibilities provided by the HR manager.
-Prepare expense requests as provided by the HR Manager and handle the purchasing.
-Check timesheets monthly ensure its correct submission to the HR manager for approval.
-Reply to employee concerns in a professional manner daily, and answer simple.
-liaise with PRO directly regards to documents requested for newly joined and renewal dates/documents required.

-Able to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
-fast learner and able to complete tasks on their own with less possible errors
-Completing tasks in an accurate and timely manner as much as possible
-Very well organized-be able to work without supervision
-Keep documents and information confidential at all times.
