Acquisition CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) Manager - A [Israel]


 

Job Description:

AvaTrade is seeking a passionate and experienced Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist who will be responsible for improving website and mobile app conversion rates across marketing channels, with a focus on enhancing ROI.

As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance the customer acquisition journey and achieve company goals, utilizing your expertise in testing strategies (A/B & MVT), data analysis, and user experience optimization to deliver exceptional results aligned with our brand strategy.

Main responsibilities:

  • Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel: Collaborate across departments to drive the company's conversion process and map out major customer acquisition journey milestones
  • Drive conversion and optimization efforts: Utilize A/B and multivariate testing to enhance conversion rates.
  • Optimize marketing's conversion paths: Plan, Prioritize and develop testing plans to improve conversion rates in different marketing channels
  • Manage and optimize website elements: Enhance landing pages, templates, CTAs, and lead-generating forms to increase conversions
  • Improve lead-to-customer conversion rate: Collaborate with cross company colleagues to optimize conversions and align efforts with company goals (PPC, SEO, Product, Business etc.).
  • Ongoing deep-dive analysis of data (Google Analytics, Dynamic Yield and more) aiming to utilize metrics and identify areas for improvement and weaknesses
  • Prepare comprehensive testing plans: Continuously develop A-Z testing plans and evaluate recent initiatives' outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimization
  • Monitor and report performance: Regularly track and provide insights on conversion rate optimization initiatives for continuous improvement

By carrying out these responsibilities, you will contribute to improving conversion rates, enhancing the customer experience, and achieving our business objectives.

Position Requirements:

Minimum 2 years CRO specific experience, with track record of increasing conversion, end-to-end planning, execution, and customer journey management

Strong analytical & technical skills. Ability to analyse reports, recognize trends and recommend further actions

Extensive experience running Tests – A/B Tests, MVT, Split URL

Very deep understanding of Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager

Deep understanding of how cookie & app tracking works

Experience with A/B testing tools such as Google Analytics (A must- preferably GA4)

VWO/Optimizely/Clicktale/Google Optimize a must!
