- Job Description
- Assist, evaluate and execute management services / franchise deals in Thailand, and Indochina Countries
- Develop and maintain proper financial and asset models for analyzing financial returns and performance for management services and any relevant deals
- Conduct market reviews and feasibility studies for recommendation reports and presentation to Senior BDs, Board of Directors and Investment Committee
- Coordinating with relevant internal and external parties on matters relating to management / franchise services deals or existing on-going projects
- Prepare management reporting and other related ad-hoc requests such as budget presentations, Business Development retreats, board meetings and etc
- Job Requirement
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Business Development / Real Estate role or equivalent
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or equivalent
- Experienced in REIT or Private Fund with good understanding of the real estate industry will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Assertive, self-motivated individual with the ability to problem solve
- Team player and willingness to work in a small team
